On 6 December 2006, Ray and Silva are getting married by proxy in Dallas Texas, USA. As part of the celebrations, 100 balloons will be released from Hampshire England on the same day, but just in case they all end up in the English Channel, they have organised a virtual balloon release as well. Friends have been asked to copy and paste an email to everyone in their address books, and to send a message back to the original email address ~ and all those messages will be appearing here! It's starting early so that all the messages can be printed off and put into a Balloon Book ready for the big day.
